Located along the Ontario – Manitoba border in Northwestern Ontario, Woodland Caribou is considered to be the premier wilderness canoeing destination in the province. The park can only be accessed by air or by water and remains vast, untouched wilderness. It is home to the largest herd of Woodland Caribou south of Hudson Bay as well as countless other species that are able to roam free in this untapped wilderness area.
The trip will take participants to all corners of the park, from the mighty Bloodvein River to the ancient pictographs around Red Lake, to the most remote north-western areas of the park.
